Europe's Interceptor Stack Is Taking Shape: Freyja Coalition, PAC-3 ACE, and the Northrop Framework Deal

Response Two: Europe Starts Its Own Programme, on a 12-Month Clock
At a meeting of allied countries in Paris on July 13, nine nations joined Ukraine in an Anti-Ballistic Missile Coalition committed to expediting development of the Freyja system and initiating operations in 2027: Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom 2 sources.
