4iG Space and Defence Technologies

Hungary's national space and defence group spanning satellites, drones, counter-UAS, mortars and ammunition.

Established in Budapest in 2024 as the space and defence arm of listed technology group 4iG. Its portfolio spans Remred space systems, Rotors and Cams drones, counter-drone systems and mortar and ammunition maker Hirtenberger Defence Systems, 49 percent of which CSG agreed to buy in March 2026. In October 2025 it agreed to acquire 75 percent plus one vote of state holding N7 Defence, comprising Aeroplex, Arzenal Fegyvergyar, Colt CZ Hungary and Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions, expected to add some 2,800 employees. A December 2025 Lockheed Martin MoU covers rocket artillery on Hungarian vehicles.
