Czechoslovak Group (CSG) is a Prague-based industrial and technology holding established in 2014, with roots in the Excalibur Army business founded by Jaroslav Strnad in 1995 and now majority owned by his son Michal Strnad. Its more than 100 companies employ over 14,000 people across large-calibre and small-calibre ammunition (including Italy's Fiocchi), armoured and logistics vehicles (Excalibur Army, Tatra Defence Vehicle) and radar systems (Eldis, Retia). CSG shares were admitted to trading on Euronext Amsterdam in January 2026.
