ELT Group, the parent brand of Elettronica S.p.A., was founded in Rome in 1951 by Filippo Fratalocchi and remains family controlled. It designs electronic warfare suites, SIGINT and electromagnetic spectrum operations systems for naval, air and land platforms, including equipment for the Eurofighter Typhoon and European navies. The group reported production value above 350 million euros in 2024, employs more than 1,000 people, and controls the listed cyber and intelligence company Cy4Gate.
