Danish aerospace and defence champion in radar, aircraft self-protection, F-35 structures, and space electronics.

Terma is Denmark's largest defence and aerospace company, headquartered in Lystrup near Aarhus and owned by Thrige Holding. It supplies SCANTER surveillance radars, electronic warfare self-protection systems for military aircraft, and composite aerostructures and the gun pod for the F-35 programme. In 2023 Denmark's defence acquisition agency DALO appointed Terma overall system integrator for the country's integrated air and missile defence. The group employs about 2,000 people and also builds power conditioning units and star trackers for European space missions.
