NATO DIANA launches Capital Network with first 24 vetted investors
EU-Startups reported this week that DIANA named the first 24 investors joining the NATO DIANA Capital Network (NDCN), the curated, NATO-screened investor community launched in April 2026 to back dual-use and deep-tech companies emerging from the accelerator. The network spans sovereign wealth funds, VC firms, family offices and institutional investors, including Bpifrance and DTCP. EU-Startups tracked roughly 1.73 billion euros across ten company financings in 2026, led by Munich's Quantum Systems (1 billion euro Series D), ICEYE (450 million euro Series F) and London's Kraken Technology Group (152.9 million euro Series B). Active members already deploying: DTCP led Kraken and Six Robotics; the NATO Innovation Fund backed Kraken, Greenjets and Uplift360 and led Kelluu's 15 million euro Series A. Kelluu completed two DIANA phases before financing. For founders: DIANA graduates now have a screened warm-investor list, so align your Phase 2 milestones to what NDCN members actually fund.
